Can ePost be integrated into our ERP system?

Yes. With ePost oneAPI, you can directly connect SAP, Abacus, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP and DMS systems. Seamless integration takes place without any adjustments to your existing processes – you can trigger letters directly from the ERP system without any media breaks.

Which delivery channels does oneAPI support?

oneAPI enables omni-channel delivery via the ePost communication platform. Depending on recipient matching and customer choice, the following channels are possible:

ePost (digital mailbox), eBill, E-mail, SMS and physical delivery.

The sender can either choose the preferred delivery channel themselves or leave the optimal channel selection to the ePost communication platform.

What is a Digital Letter?

A digitally submitted letter that is delivered digitally (in the Swiss Post-App) or physically (in the mailbox), depending on the recipient’s preference. Senders only need to provide the postal address – ePost takes care of the rest.

What are the costs per letter?

From 50,000 shipments per year, we work with individual volume conditions. Compared to physical shipping (printing, envelope, postage, handling), you save up to 70 percent per letter.

What standards are my data protected by?

ePost is committed to the security standards of the Swiss Post and is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. We rely on four pillars of protection:

  • Confidentiality: Strong encryption, independent key management and controlled access concepts protect your content from unauthorized access.
  • Integrity: Protected processing and traceable documented delivery and archiving processes.
  • Availability: Redundant infrastructure and defined emergency processes ensure the stability of the platform.
  • Compliance: Compliance with Swiss data protection law and recognized security standards.

Specifically, this means for you:

  • Multi-stage verification of your person and company
  • Two-factor authentication at login (multi-factor authentication)
  • Encryption of your documents so that only you can see and read them
  • Encrypted communication within the ePost system as well as automatic virus scanning of incoming mail
