Sign documents directly on your smartphone
Sign received documents directly in the Swiss Post-App – or collect signatures yourself. Legally valid, digitally.
Digitally sign documents – easily via the Swiss Post-App
With the electronic signature, you can sign documents where you normally receive your Swiss Post-App My digital mail: in My digital mail in the Swiss Post-App. You can sign a document you have received or send one for signing.
Read document
The document with the deadline appears in the inbox. Open it and read it.
Select signature
Place your signature in the correct spot and adjust the size. You can either upload your signature once or draw it directly with your finger.
Examine and accept
You see the document and your signature one last time in the overview before it becomes binding.
Confirm signature
Depending on the type of signature you choose, you confirm with your signature and acceptance or with your SwissID. After that, the signature is recorded – if there are multiple parties involved, you can see who is still waiting.
