Yes. With ePost oneAPI, you can directly connect SAP, Abacus, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP and DMS systems. Seamless integration takes place without any adjustments to your existing processes – you can trigger letters directly from the ERP system without any media breaks.

oneAPI enables omni-channel delivery via the ePost communication platform. Depending on recipient matching and customer choice, the following channels are possible:

ePost (digital mailbox), eBill, E-mail, SMS and physical delivery.

The sender can either choose the preferred delivery channel themselves or leave the optimal channel selection to the ePost communication platform.

A digitally submitted letter that is delivered digitally (in the Swiss Post-App) or physically (in the mailbox), depending on the recipient’s preference. Senders only need the postal address – ePost takes care of the rest.
