Digital posting

Companies and public authorities deliver their mail digitally – via a web platform or API. The recipient's postal address is sufficient.

Digital letter

Swiss Post takes care of everything else: checking, sorting, delivery. Every consignment is legally compliant and bears a quality seal.

Hybrid delivery

Depending on their choice, recipients receive their mail digitally in the ePost app or physically in their letterbox. Once a digital delivery has been made, Swiss Post informs them immediately – via push or e-mail.

Intelligent SmartSend dispatch: the best delivery method is selected automatically (ePost, physical mail or eBill).
Registered mail: Registered mail can now also be sent abroad.

In the next step, specify the desired franking. This will be used if digital dispatch is not possible. You can choose between A Mail, B Mail and B Mail bulk mailing (from 350 recipients).
