ePost is available again and you can log in as usual. All data is accessible again.
 
The cause was in the database, where a database job in the background was no longer running regularly. As we were on the wrong track due to a DOS attack last week, it took some time to identify this database job.

This database job is responsible for regularly cleaning up or so-called "vacuuming" data deleted by the user. Since this no longer happened, ePost had to process a huge amount of data every day, which ultimately led to the failure.

In the night from today, all data was cleaned up and ePost is running stable again.

We apologise for the inconvenience and have already taken various measures to prevent such a situation in the future.
